Bruce's private study, Aunt Harriet is not aloud inside. During the third season the study is the only place you see from Wayne Manor due to time restrictions. However, the sitting room can be seen during the Londinium episodes as Lord Fogg's Mansion was filmed using the Wayne Manor set.

Note the changes inside the Commissioners office. On the right no bookshelf, on the left bookshelf.
Note furthur changes, table under window with cabinets either side (left). Changed with a sofa (right).
Above (right) the door to the left was removed midway through the first season.
Above I believe is the entrance into Commissioner Gordons office, to the side of Police Headquarters. Only seen once during the "Zelda The Great" episode.
